The Educator Portfolio is designed to help kumu document the development and implementation of E Ola! aligned curriculum, demonstrate impact on haumāna learning, and engage in continued reflection to foster educator growth.

The classroom observation is designed to document and provide feedback on selected E Ola! Educator competencies and to support kumu reflection and growth.

KSP Five Program Components
Our preschool program has five components. Each component has essential practices that help to guide our decisions about teaching and instruction. The components and essential practices are culturally and developmentally appropriate and align with Hawaiʻi Department of Human Services preschool licensing and NAEYC program standards.
MTSS is a whole child approach to support the academic, behavioral, social and emotional needs of our keiki. The process moves from the simplest kumu-keiki support and interventions to more complex supports coordinated through a Student Success Team (SST), which is a multi-disciplinary team, led by the Hope Poʻo Kumu.
